REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Approve minutes from last meetings: Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to accept minutes from June regular town board meeting. Second by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All ayes. Motion carried.
Treasurers Report by Lynn Ross: June Financials

Savings $207.62
Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba to accept Treasurer’s Report as read. Second by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS AND REVIEW CORRESPONDENCE
OLD BUSINESS:
Recycling report: Nothing to report.
Cemetery report: Brad Pophal reported working with some families on getting headstones. Chairperson Debra Gano made a motion to have Tim from Tomahawk Monument to reset 2 headstones that have tipped over. Seconded by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Road Report: Forster has worked on roads that have washed away. Sign went up on Horseshoe Lake Rd, for no parking.
Spectrum: Spectrum has been working in Merrill on HWY K.
Clerk Report: Nothing to report
Chairperson Report: Chairperson Debra Gano is going to call Schmidt’s septic to have holding tank alarm looked at.
NEW BUSINESS:
August Election/ Meeting night change: Monthly Meeting will be moved to August 18, 2026 due to an Election on August 11, 2026
Quote for snow plowing: Supervisor Terry Lokemoen made a motion for Clerk Megan Webb to put a bid in the paper for snow plowing 2026-2027. Seconded by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
