REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Read and approve minutes from last meetings: Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to accept minutes from July regular town board meeting. Second by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All ayes. Motion carried.
Treasurers Report by Lynn Ross: July Financials

Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to accept the treasurers report. Seconded by Ross Karava. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS AND REVIEW CORRESPONDENCE
7PM Open Bids for snow plowing: The Town received one bid from Forester Trucking and Logging. Forester trucking and logging will charge $150 an hour for plowing, and $165 for nights, weekends and holidays. Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to accept Forester Trucking and Logging. Seconded by Ross Karaba. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
OLD BUSINESS:
Recycling report: Nothing to Report
Cemetery report: Chairperson Debra Gano made a motion to have headstones fixed. Seconded by Ross Karaba. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Road Report: Forester working on laying gravel. Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to buy an extra 500 yards of gravel. Seconded by Chairperson Debra Gano. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Spectrum: Olivotti Lake Road had a blocked culvert from spectrum laying fiber optic. Spectrum resolved the blocked culvert.
Clerk Report: 102 people voted in the August Election. Recycling Grant has been submitted.
Chairperson Report: Andrew Johnson contacted the town board about ATV’s making too much dust. Loka and Sons Excavating wanted to know if the town would extend David Rd.
NEW BUSINESS:
Open Book and Board of Review: September 3, 2026 from 9-11am and September 21, 2026 from 5-7pm.
IRS Milage rate: Chairperson Debra Gano made a motion to raise the milage to .76 cents a mile. Seconded by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Recycling ordinance: Supervisor Terry Lokemoen made a motion to adopt the tb-2026-03 Recycling ordinance. Seconded by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
5-acre minimum ordinance: Table
PUBLIC COMMENT:
Scott Streich shared concerns about Horseshoe Lake having potholes.
ADJOURN: Supervisor Terry Lokemoen made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:59PM, Second by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All ayes. Motion carried.
