Chairperson Debra Gano called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Read and approve minutes from last meetings: Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba to accept minutes from March regular town board meeting by Clerk Megan Webb. Second by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried.
Treasurers Report by Lynn Ross: March Financials
Checking $2,506.20
Savings $362,885.77
Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba accept Treasurer’s Report as read. Second by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried.
- Investment Options: Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba to transfer money into an ICS account. Seconded by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried.
- CD: Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to invest $100,000 into incredible Cd. Seconded by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All ayes. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS AND REVIEW CORRESPONDENCE
OLD BUSINESS:
Recycling report: Nothing to report
Cemetery report: Oliver Schimlehorn family has not returned calls. Someone cleaned the cemetery.
Road Report: There was a road inspection April 13,2026.
Cubicles: The town board is going to pass on this
Clerk’s Report: Election went well. Clerk Megan Webb is going to look into printing checks. Town of Russell has their annual Report.
Chairperson Report: Town hall is available for rent. The tractor fraud case has been closed. It was fraud.
NEW BUSINESS:
5 year plan: Moved to May agenda
Grundy Rd. 45MPH: No movement on this issue.
Agreement for roads with cooperating townships: Chairperson Debra Gano to contact Merrill Town Chair.
J&J Brushing, and Gilberts lawn care contract: Motion by Terry Lokemoen to accept J&J Brushing and Gilberts lawn care. Seconded by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All ayes. Motion carried.
Forster Bid for grading: Motion by Chairperson Debra Gano to accept Foresters contact for grading. Seconded by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried.
Town Truck: Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to take the town truck to Antigo Transmission to get transmission seal fixed. Seconded by Ross Karaba. All ayes. Motion carried.

ADJOURN: Supervisor Ross Karaba made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:PM, Second by Chairperson Debra Gano. All ayes. Motion carried.
