Chairperson Debra Gano called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

Present: Chairperson Debra Gano, Supervisor Terry Lokemoen, Supervisor Ross Karaba, Treasurer Lynn Ross,
Clerk Megan Webb. 2 Residents, 2 non-residents
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Read and approve minutes from last meetings: Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba to accept minutes from May regular town board meeting. Second by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried.
Treasurers Report by Lynn Ross: May Financials
Checking $264,832.73
Savings $1,621.73
1 CD’s $100,000.00
Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba to accept Treasurer’s Report as read. Second by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried. Chairperson Debra Gano made a motion to keep the checking account at the minimum amount required by incredible bank without inquiring fees. Seconded by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Open bids at 7:00P.M. The Town board received two bids, Peterson gravel for 2,000 CYD for $17.50/CYD and Meverden Materials for $12.74/CYD. Supervisor Terry Lokemoen made a motion to accept Meverden Material contract. Seconded Supervisor Ross Karaba. All Ayes. Motion Carried
APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS AND REVIEW CORRESPONDENCE
OLD BUSINESS:
Recycling report: Closed for July 4th
Cemetery report: Nothing
Road Report: Chase hill has been fixed. Shipping container has been moved.
Spectrum: The permit has been approved.
Website: The agenda will only be posted on the website starting September.
Clerk Report: Clerk Megan Webb reported the town will be required to purchase a new voting machine ds300 for approx. $7250 in 2027. Clerk out of office June 18-25. The county will store election equipment when not in use.
Chairperson Report: Chairperson Debra Gano received a call from Mary Blemke to reported that Nelson Ave has rods on road. Tom Anderson Wants to put up 8ft fence. Jen Mathias has concern about Musson fixing lawn from winter storm plowing.
NEW BUSINESS:
Liquor License: Supervisor Terry Lokemoen made a motion to accept Holly McMullen’s liquor license. Seconded by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All Ayes. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
Bill Bergman verified with the board that there is no permit need for a temp. gravel pit.
ADJOURN: Supervisor Terry Lokemoen made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:12PM, Second by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All ayes. Motion carried.
