Chairperson Debra Gano called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

Present: Chairperson Debra Gano, Supervisor Terry Lokemoen, Supervisor Ross Karaba, Treasurer Lynn Ross,

REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Read and approve minutes from last meetings: Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba to accept minutes from April regular town board meeting. Second by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried.
Treasurers Report by Lynn Ross: April Financials

Savings $1,556.10
Motion by Supervisor Ross Karaba to accept Treasurer’s Report. Second by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer Lynn Ross reported the town collected back taxes in the amount of $3,143.89. Supervisor Ross Karaba made a motion to for bp designs to do annual maintenance on the town’s website. Seconded by Terry Lokemoen. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS AND REVIEW CORRESPONDENCE
OLD BUSINESS:
Recycling report: Nothing to report
Cemetery report: Merrill monument installed a stone.
Road Report: Culvert on chase hill needs to be done. North Langes road has a hole in the road. Motion by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen to put a bid in the Merrill Foto News for Gravel. Seconded by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Clerk’s Report: Nothing to Report
Chairperson’s Report: Nothing to Report
NEW BUSINESS:
Permit for Spectrum: Chairperson Debra Gano made a motion for $10,000 for the spectrum permit fee. Seconded by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Internet/ Starlink: This will be discussed at another meeting.
Office Chairs: The board does not think this is necessary.
Plumbing: This will be put on a fall agenda.
Horseshoe Lake Rd: No parking signs will be installed
Election Workers: Chairperson Debra Gano made a motion to put Julie Lucko and Megan Webb on the Poll workers list. Seconded by Supervisor Terry Lokemoen. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Checks: Chairperson Debra Gano made a motion to order checks for $70. Seconded by Supervisor Ross Karaba. All Ayes Motion Carried.
